Stop 🛑 overthinking 💭 it’s not as hard as you are making it seem.

I get it you’re in your head but that’s the problem, get out of your head! You could be making progress right now! But instead you’re still here on IG scrolling your life away.

I’m feeling generous so here is what I’ll do 🙂‍↔️

Go download myfitnesspal 

Then go set your goal weight. And how much weight you want to lose and how fast. It’ll create a calorie deficit for you! 

This will let you know the range you should be working with to hit your goal. 

Boom you have your calorie deficit. 

Next go to the notes on your phone and put these exercises in those notes 📝 

💎Plank
💎Russian twist 
💎DB Incljne bench Press
💎Curl and Press
💎Row 
💎DB Front Squat 
💎DB Reverse lunge 
💎DB Deadlift

Learn these movements and do 4 sets of 15 reps with each exercise 4 times a week

Finally in your notes 📝 right a statement saying this :

“I intend to meet the goal I have put in myfitnesspal. No excuse shall be to great to stop me from getting this goal, if I fail I’m letting no one down but myself. I won’t fail because I won’t stop trying. If I fall I will get back up again and learn from my mistakes. I am not insane so I will not repeat the same actions and expect a different result. On this day I set my intentions and make this promise to myself”

Now you have a deficit, a very basic list of exercises to learn and try , and a written statement with your intent outlining why you will succeed.

Doing too much all at once is the fastest way to burnout 😵‍💫

If you have been struggling for years trying to shed off those few extra pounds that continue to bother you it’s better to start right now with simple tasks.

I think these 4 are super impressive for newbies and athletes who have been out of the weight room for awhile!

Confidence comes when you know your own abilities, if all you do is sit around all day thinking, worrying, watching tv, going to work, stressing and then repeating that cycle for

People often avoid this exercise because they say it’s not necessary….. we do it everyday though, just wrong 🙃

So learn to do it right by practicing, & if you are working out 4 times a week or more make sure you do it twice a week at minimum!

It’s true you can have it all 👌🏾Stop looking for the easy way out.

Doing the minimum will get you the minimum. If you want the best the least you have to put up is your best effort. Not while people are looking but when no one is looking !👀
