Use the 1st set to get used to movement and then use the 2nd set to really up the intensity 💪🏽

Don’t get me wrong it should fit you and help you make progress to your goals but 9/10 the simple stuff 😁works.

 4 exercises, 4 rounds, 1 minute each round 
Rest for 30 😌seconds between exercises 

It’s a simple flow that works for people who don’t have a lot of time ⌛️but need structure in a workout. 

Because it is timed exercises you can either do a lot of reps and build endurance 🏃🏽‍♂️

Or 👌🏽

You can slow each rep down to really focus on building muscle effectively 💪🏽 

So there is versatility in the routine and the way it can be done ✅
