FAQ

Where should I do the Workouts?

The Gym or at Home. If you are at home be sure to have atleast 10 -15 lb dumbbells and some resistance bands

How much food should I be eating

Slim Thickness - about 2-3 meals + healthy snacks

Lean Bulk - Focus on adding more protein to every meal + a small amount of carbs

Where do we get the workouts?

A Groupchat will be created so we can communicate and I can answer all your questions, get your workouts & more 

Can beginners join your program?

Yes but if you are a beginner you will need to review some videos prior to starting the challenge. Message Head Coach Reshaud Dubose immediately

What kind of results will I see

You can't miss a workout, You can't miss your water intake, You can't skip meals, You can't cheat AT ALL, You can't skip a set or not do all your reps,

Then and only then will you notice your body change, every one results vary because we are all starting at different points of our journey. 

Slim Thickness - Loss in belly fat + legs & glutes will be pumped

Lean Bulk - Arms, Shoudlers, and Chest will be pumped along with legs will feel stronger
