I’ve been a client of Reshaud for about 6 months. He has been very passionate about health and fitness, meticulous, and focused. As a person who has been physically fit at a point in my life but has slacked off, it has been challenging and intimidating to get back into the gym. My stamina and esteem hasn’t been the same. After explaining what my fitness goals were, Reshaud has gone above and beyond to assure that my exercises are modified according to my fitness level and always correct and perfect my form. I’ve had wrist pain that hinders me from doing certain exercises, but Reshaud helps with working around it to avoid further injuries. I can be rather difficult to train but I admire Reshaud’s patience with me. He helps keep me on track if I start to shift into old habits such as consuming unhealthy foods. I feel motivated. Training with Reshaud is literally top tier! He takes his time to get to know you and figure out what would be best for your body! If you want a coach who not only cares about your body goals but also health goals then this is the guy to go to! You will be heard, you will be pushed but most importantly you will see results! Only downfall id say is he can’t count so if you think it’s 30 seconds left to him it’s about 40 seconds haha. Get with Reshaud today !!!

How it started vs how it’s going 👌🏾

I’ve learned a lot in these last 7 years and I want to instill my knowledge to all of my followers !

I overcame obsessive drinking, partying, reckless spending, bad credit, not so great relationships and much more to become who I am today.

Go download myfitnesspal 

Then go set your goal weight. And how much weight you want to lose and how fast. It’ll create a calorie deficit for you! 

This will let you know the range you should be working with to hit your goal. 

Boom you have your calorie deficit. 

Next go to the notes on your phone and put these exercises in those notes 📝

💎DB Front Squat 
💎DB Reverse lunge 
💎DB Deadlift

Learn these movements and do 4 sets of 15 reps with each exercise 4 times a week

Finally in your notes 📝 right a statement saying this :

“I intend to meet the goal I have put in myfitnesspal. No excuse shall be to great to stop me from getting this goal, if I fail I’m letting no one down but myself. I won’t fail because I won’t stop trying. If I fall I will get back up again and learn from my mistakes. I am not insane so I will not repeat the same actions and expect a different result. On this day I set my intentions and make this promise to myself”

Now you have a deficit, a very basic list of exercises to learn and try , and a written statement with your intent outlining why you will succeed.

We often collect knowledge and think things will change just because we know something!

Nothing changes unless you act upon it 

Doing too much all at once is the fastest way to burnout 😵‍💫

People often avoid this exercise because they say it’s not necessary….. we do it everyday though, just wrong 🙃

So learn to do it right by practicing, & if you are working out 4 times a week or more make sure you do it twice a week at minimum!
